| Returns and Exchanges |
We are happy to exchange or replace any item if we have made a mistake regarding it’s size or color. Shipping charges incurred for such exchanges will be covered by Coco La Bine. However, if you are not satisfied with the product you have received or you have made a mistake with the size, we will exchange the item, but we will not pay for the shipping. For any return, there is a minimum processing time of 10 days. Please note that we only accept products returned with the original label, which have never been washed or worn.
